For organizations and teams

What that looks like in practice

Every question is different, but a number of themes keep coming back. A selection of what organizations come to us with, and what that can deliver.

Familiar challenges

  • Discussions that stay stuck in sharing experiences, without a clear next step;
  • A team that knows a method but doesn't apply it once things get tense;
  • Tensions between managers that affect the collaboration of the whole team;
  • A team that already knows an approach, but hasn't yet worked with it in its own reality;
  • Managers who master the theory, but still get stuck under pressure.

What that can deliver

  • A shared language for reflection that the group can also use independently;
  • Direct conversations instead of conversations via detours;
  • Minority voices that become visible and open for discussion;
  • Clearer agreements about collaboration and communication;
  • More awareness of automatic patterns, and more choice in the moment itself.

The client defines the question and the framework. Participants work from their own practice. We safeguard the process and the safety.

What we offer

Six business entry points

Leadership development

‘I know the models, but under pressure I fall back into old patterns.’

We work with participants' real leadership situations, not just theory.

Team coaching

‘We talk a lot, but no longer say what's really going on.’

We make interaction patterns discussable and strengthen the quality already present in the team.

Psychological safety and feedback

‘We don't really give feedback here, or only once things go wrong.’

We build a shared language and practice space, so feedback becomes a habit instead of an exception.

Stress and sustainable employability

‘People are still functioning, but it's costing more and more.’

We work body-oriented on resilience, well before the point of burnout.

Change and culture

‘We talk about change, but in practice little shifts.’

We start from what's really alive in the organization, not from a blueprint.

Supervision and peer intervision

‘We exchange experiences, but don't get any further than that.’

We offer a method the group can eventually use independently.

Example formats

  • Peer intervision series: 4 to 6 sessions, spread over six months;
  • Team guidance around a specific issue: individual conversations followed by joint sessions and a follow-up;
  • Leadership trajectory: recurring practice labs, spread over several months.

Indicative. The exact format depends on the question and the context.

Examples from practice

Three examples from practice. Some trajectories are still ongoing, and we say so honestly.

Professionals brought in their own challenges around leadership, collaboration and change. In a guided series, they learned to work with fixed reflection methods, circular questions and different perspectives. The guidance was gradually phased out, so the group could continue the method independently.

The dialogue between two managers came under strain: differing perspectives on trust and communication began affecting the collaboration. We started with individual conversations, followed by joint sessions grounded in connective communication and Deep Democracy, aimed at direct conversations and clear agreements.

This trajectory is still ongoing. We only publish a result once it's completed.

A team didn't want to learn about openness and trust all over again, but to work with it on what was really going on. Starting from current tensions, the team explored which conversations needed to happen where, how dissenting voices could get room, and how participation could go hand in hand with decisiveness.

This trajectory is also still ongoing. We only formulate a result after evaluation.
