Relational Intelligence

Connecting when it gets uncomfortable.

What is Relational Intelligence?

Relational intelligence is about how we truly stay connected, even when things get uncomfortable.

In feedback, in difficult conversations, in psychological safety and in team development: staying connected under pressure isn't a talent you either have or don't. These are skills you can train and deepen, individually and as a team.
Trust doesn't build itself. It's built in how people treat each other when things get complicated: in conflict, in change, under time pressure.
