We're not against AI. We're for what AI can't do.

Algorithms are getting faster, models are getting bigger, dashboards are getting smarter. Meanwhile, teams are growing quieter. Meetings more efficient, conversations flatter. More is being produced, and less connected.

We believe an organisation's real competitive edge isn't in which tools you use. It's in how you work together when things get complicated. Under pressure. In conflict. In change.

That is Human Intelligence.

What remains important in an AI era?

While technology grows exponentially, our human development doesn't automatically grow with it. Awareness, connection, resilience, ethics and collective wisdom: these aren't side issues. They're the skills that determine whether people, teams and organisations thrive or just survive.

Whatever AI can take over: it can't feel what's going on in a team. It can't restore trust after a conflict. It can't see anyone for who they truly are. The more powerful technology becomes, the more important human capacities like judgment, responsibility, connection and handling tension become.

So what exactly is Human Intelligence?

A living language, not a buzzword

Human Intelligence isn't one skill and not a checklist. It's the set of human capacities that become visible once things get complicated: under pressure, in conflict, in change. Capacities like awareness, connection, resilience, courage and ethical insight.

It's not about intelligence in the classic, cognitive sense. It's about what people can do that systems can't: sense what hasn't been said yet, let a team breathe again after a conflict, give an organisation a soul.

We distinguish five dimensions of Human Intelligence: Embodied, Reflective, Relational, Collective and Ecological Intelligence. Together they form our framework. Discover the five intelligences →
