Go deeper into each intelligence
Knowing what your body already knows.
Body intelligence is essential because lasting change never happens in the head alone. Stress, burnout and trauma are stored in the body. Those who learn to listen to signals from the nervous system recover faster and more sustainably.
“The body remembers what the mind tries to forget.”
Focus in our practice: stress and burnout, trauma-informed work via IFS, Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal theory, embodied coaching and breathwork.
We strengthen this through: individual coaching, embodied trauma-informed coaching, breathwork, via the training programmes of Approach and Guidance for Stress and Burnout and Resilience Coaching.
Looking consciously at yourself.
Reflective intelligence is the ability to see yourself and your patterns. Those who know themselves, lead themselves.
“Those who know themselves can choose consciously instead of reacting automatically.”
Focus in our practice: leadership development, career, purpose, peer supervision.
We strengthen this through: executive coaching, career coaching, Integral Coaching Essentials.
Connecting when it gets uncomfortable.
Relational intelligence is about how we truly stay connected: in feedback, in difficult conversations, in psychological safety and in team development. Even when things get uncomfortable.
“Trust doesn't arise despite difficult conversations, but through them.”
Focus in our practice: Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Transactional Analysis (TA), group dynamics and social psychology, supervision and team coaching.
We strengthen this through: team coaching, connective communication, supervision and peer supervision.
Together is more than alone.
Collective intelligence is the wisdom that emerges when people truly think together. It grows when different perspectives, knowledge and experience are allowed to come together.
“A team is smarter than the sum of its individuals. If it dares to think together.”
Focus in our practice: organisational development, psychological safety, collaboration, change processes.
We strengthen this through: organisational development, culture programmes, change processes, keynotes.
Acting from awareness of the larger whole.
Ecological intelligence understands people and organisations as part of interconnected systems. It weighs the impact of choices in the short and long term: for ourselves, others, the organisation, society and the world we're part of. Ecological here means more than nature or climate. It's about thinking in coherence, interdependence and systems.
“Nothing stands on its own. Every choice sets something in motion within the larger whole.”
Focus in our practice: systemic and contextual thinking, stewardship, long-term thinking in leadership and organisational development.
We strengthen this through: organisational development, systemic work, leadership guidance and supervision.
A development house for the human skills that make the difference. For individuals, leaders, teams and organisations.
