Reflective intelligence is the ability to see yourself and your patterns.
Those who know themselves, lead themselves. Reflective intelligence is the foundation of self-leadership, leadership coaching, career guidance and personal growth.
It's not introspection for its own sake. It's the step that precedes every conscious choice: seeing what's going on, before you react to it.
