Ecological Intelligence

Part of a larger whole.

What is Ecological Intelligence?

Ecological intelligence is the ability to act from awareness of the larger whole.

We understand people and organisations as part of interconnected systems. Every choice has an effect: in the short and long term, for ourselves, others, the organisation, society and the world we're part of.
Ecological here means more than nature or climate. It's about thinking in coherence, interdependence and systems. About looking beyond the immediate problem and seeing what a choice sets in motion further down the line.
